I had buccal fat reduction done on my right cheek almost a year and half ago. They took 2,2 cc fat. It left my skin saggin especially around the mouth area. What can I do to improve this area?0

You are quite correct in that the lack of definition relates to the lack of jawline bone support, not soft tissue fullness. Your lower jaw is underdeveloped and narrow contributing to your concern
