Question

Always had chubby cheeks, heard buccal fat removal could help this and additionally tighten the jawline. Would partial removal help? Also have heard to get a mini neck lift. Unsure at this point.

Thank you for your question and for providing photos. Though you don’t appear to need a neck lift, you may be a candidate for both buccal removal and facial liposuction to reduce the rounded cheek appearance and define your jawline.

Removing your buccal fat can definitely achieve a more sculpted look. It wouldn't tighten jaw line. A neck lift would be the solution for jawline/neck skin excess.
