Can SPF on jawline Sculptra make my jaw go down faster & would Retin-A encourage more collagen?

I have too much sculptra volume in the jaw. If I use Retin-A on my jaw will it encourage even more collagen? Can I use Retin-A where I want more collagen, and not where I don't? Also, if I put SPF everywhere on my face except my jaw, can I make my jaw go down faster than the rest? Thank you.
