Can a lip reduction to the center of the lip improve upper teeth show?

Question

Can lip reduction improve low smile line/the amount of upper teeth I show when smiling.Its specifically my two front teeth/upper incisors that I would like to show more and it looks like I have a bit ofa dip to my upper lip which is covering my incisors although it may not be that noticeable on photos.Can reduction be done just in the centre of the lip? Also seen people have there frenum removed to try and improve upper teeth show. (will be looking to have a septorhinoplasty soon just to note

Dear an132,
Thank you for your question. Two other items that are helpful to know and see is how your lips rest (slightly open) and to feel if there is a large outcropping of bone right at the center of your nose. This would be at the base of the columella (this this the tissues right between the two nostrils). The reason for this is to see if your upper lip is restricted in motion by bone versus lip excess.
