Is this lump of scar tissue underneath my lip reducible? (photos)

Question

This nodule was caused by a botched medusa piercing. It's about the size of a pea. Not only am I unhappy with the appearance, it easily gets irritated when eating and drinking. After spending hundreds on consultations with zero luck so far, I've decided to come here for answers. Please let me know if it's fixable!

Hello, hope you are well. Based on the appearance alone and history of trauma from the piercing, it could be scar tissue, an inflamed minor salivary gland, or possibly a cyst. I have removed many similar lesions (a more recent one that comes to mind occurred after lip filler injections). If it is persistent, it can be excised relatively easily under local anesthesia.
