I'm concerned about the width of my lips, after research on facial aesthetics and things like the golden ratio, i've come to find that my nose is overall well proportioned and would not require a nose job, however my lips seem to be very narrow which i think effects the percieved length and aesthetic of my face. i'm wondering if there is any procedure that can be done for this. in my mirror i stretched my cheek area back and it gave me the kind of look i wanted.

Surgically, your mouth could be widened, but you would not be happy with the scarring. Your mouth is quite normal and does not need to be wider based on your one front photo.
Lips can be made fuller with filler, but the size of your mouth opening will not be changed without surgery. You probably would not be happy with the scarring once done.
