Can I make my mouth less wide and have more symmetry? (Photos)

A few months ago I had lip contouring surgery. I have had a mouth corner lift and the outer corners on the lipline were reshaped to become more symmetrical. The thing that bothered me was actually my cupid's bow, but the surgeon said it was too much of a risk in terms of scarring. I'd like to have a second opinion: can my cupid's bow, asymmetry and width still be fixed in your opinion? I tend to scar dark.

Answer: Facial Sculpting Candidate -- Fillers, Threads, Fat Transfer, Implants, See an expert
It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Surgically, your mouth could be widened, but you would not be happy with the scarring. Your mouth is quite normal and does not need to be wider based on your one front photo.
Lips can be made fuller with filler, but the size of your mouth opening will not be changed without surgery. You probably would not be happy with the scarring once done.
