5 months post thigh lift. Is this cellulite or lipedema? What are my procedure options? (photos)

2019 I had regular lipo 360 for banana roll and got really botched from it.. fast forward to May 2022, I had lipo 360 with renuvion to knees/upper thighs with thigh lift... Thigh lift revision I'm pretty happy with but my legs look terrible. They did not look like this before. Can this be fixed? Is it cellulite or fat left over? I'll not ever get in a bathing suit or shorts again. Will celfina help? is it lipodema? I'm so lost.. I chased one thing and now I'm chasing the next. Done.

Thank you for your question about whether you have cellulite or lipedema and your procedure options. Thank you for your history and your pictures, in scrutinizing your pictures and your history. It appears that you have cellulite and scar tissue. In my opinion, you do not have lipedema. If you want these corrected, I would suggest liposuction since you have undergone multiple procedures and have thigh scar tissues. I would highly suggest you have your surgeon use the VASER liposuction. VASER helps to break up tissue and keep the skin to maximize skin contractility. In addition, during the liposuction procedure, I would also suggest the bands of scar creating the cellulite be released. Special instruments are used during the liposuction procedure to release these bands. During this procedure, fat can also be transferred. I see areas of indentation on your left inner thigh. These indentations can be filled successfully with fat transfer to the inner thigh. Compression garments and lymphatic massage will be essential for post-op. Good luck.
