You are able to wear glasses after a week after the surgery.The best way to find the right time for that is to discuss it with your board certified plastic surgeron who is responsible for the  outcome of your procedure.

it is always best to check with your surgeon first to make sure you have healed appropriately before wearing glasses. Most of the time it is after one week when all the dressings are removed along with any sutures.
