I had a BBL with Liposuction 360, now my hands are swollen really bad. What can I do?

I’m sorry for the adverse symptoms you are experimenting. Every patient is unique and will have different recovery deadlines. The swelling and bruising during the 3-7 days is significant, and most patients will have difficulties moving around, in general. I suggest elevating your hands and continue putting ice packs to reduce the swelling. The swelling should subside in a few days. I recommend seeing your plastic surgeon to be evaluated and contact him/her promptly if you notice an increase in swelling, pain, redness, drainage, or bleeding in the surgical area, or if you develop fever (above 100.4 F), dizziness, nausea, or vomiting. Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
You are still early on the healing process. At the stage you are in, swelling and bruising is normal, so i recommend to be patient. And remember that it is recommended to use the compression garment 24/7 for the first 3 months, and after that, for 12 hours a day for 3 more months, to avoid that type of swelling and to get the best results.
If you have any concerns, i suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
