Hello lads I’m writing this to have an idea about how many grafts do I need to fill the crown area. Would appreciate it much if someone can give me an approximation about the numbers I need to fill that area

Based on the pictures, it looks like you would need between 1,500-2,000 grafts to lightly cover your crown. Important things to consider are your age, if you are on finasteride or not, and the state of your donor hairs, as the crown normally uses quite a bit of donor hair before it looks fully covered. A consultation with an experienced hair transplant surgeon is a must for you.
