I'm 24 and suffer from AGA, it started 4 years ago, currently I am Norwood 3. I am a diffuse thinner and planned on doing one major hair transplant filling all the gaps in one session but I am afraid that my native hair will fall off even quicker due to stress caused by the injection of the new hair. Instead I am considering multiple hair transplants, one each year, starting with front and slowly working towards the crown, minimizing damage to native hairs. Is this safer?
