Under eye filler gone wrong - what are my options for dissolving it?

I’m reaching you about my under eye filler. I did it one year ago with Restylane. One eye is ok, but another look much worse then before. It looks darker and biger. I didn't wanted to do anything after and hoped that is going to disappear, but it's still the same. What are my options for dissolving filler, or how long I should wait until dissapear? I'm scared about using hyaluronidase because all the bad cases. Is there any other sollution?

Thank you for sharing your problem. The best solution for overfill of Restylane is to dissolve it and refill. Make an appointment with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for comprehensive evaluation and treatment.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with the results from your filler treatment.  Hyaluronidase is the product used to dissolve HA filler.  If you do not wish to dissolve it you can wait and the product will metabolize gradually over time.  Typically filler will last about a year, but it may differ from person to person.

If you are opposed to hyaluronidase, I would recommend remaining patient and giving it more time. 
Restylane products rarely last a year.  I personally do not do under-eye filler for this very reason. Best wishes!!
