Am I good candidate for a bullhorn Lip Lift? (photos)

I have a naturally long Philtrum, and a thin upper lip which i would like to be raised.... I have tried using Botox a few times to create a lip lift effect and I loved the results, however the results were obviously much more subtle than a surgical lip lift. when I try to use my fingers to lift my lip in front of the mirror it actually looks very strange because I already have a lot of teeth showing naturally... do you think a lip lift would be a bad idea for my natural structure?
