I can't find a board-certified surgeon who is an expert at both the septorhinoplasty and lip lift. So, if I have the procedures separately, then do you recommend me to do the lip lift first and then follow with the open septorhinoplasty or the reverse? Will the lip lift distort my nose and make my nostrils wider and push them lower? If my nose gets affected by the lip lift, then will the open septorhinoplasty fix it? P.S. I can travel abroad for my surgeries.

Thank you for your question. There would be no issues with wearing aligners following a lip lift surgery. I do recommend consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon to further discuss to ensure your surgeon is okay with it.
Best of luck!
You would be a candidate for a lip lift and chin augmentation. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
