I need to get my front teeth aligned, it's not a big issue, I assume in 1 year max the problem would be solved, but here comes my concern. My front teeth also don't show too much, and I've been thinking about getting a lip lift surgery. But I don't know what should I do first: getting aligners or getting the surgery done? If I would choose the surgery first, would there be any problems if I'd go for aligners after let's say, a month post-op?

You would be a candidate for a lip lift and chin augmentation. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
