Age 21 and have a long philtrum. Do I need a lip lift? (photo)

Hello doctors, I have a long philtrum for my age, i am just 21 but my philtrum measures 17mm and makes my face look longer and disproportionate do i need a lip lift, but here's the catch, i have adequate tooth show so probably this problem pertains to underlying skeletal problem i really want my philtrum shortened , i have an already narrow face and a long philtrum at that just worsens things Please help!!

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. In your photographs, you have a full upper lip but the corners seem quite low. You would benefit from a lip lift with more lifting from the corners than centrally.
