Curious if I would be a good candidate for buccal fat pad removal or if chin filler (or any type of filler) could help achieve a slimmer face look.

If you are looking for a more temporary, less invasive option that would help taper the lower third of the face, you may consider masseter reduction with Botox and chin augmentation with a dermal filler, such as Resalyne or Juvederm.
