age 27 I already get botox in my masseters for TMJ. the last few years I feel I am developing jowls. the skin in my lower cheeks doesn’t feel tight or lifted. what can I do to achieve this? I’ve looked into Evoke, thread lifts, hoping for a long lasting solution. thank you

Hello and thank you for providing photos along with your question. There are many nonsurgical treatments to lift and tighten sagging jowls. Laser therapy, PDO threads, and even RF microneedling can help tighten the skin. Pausing your masseter Botox injections may also promote muscle movement to help prevent sagging. However, your TMJ symptoms may worsen if the masseter muscles become too tight again. Before moving forward with treatment, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon.
