Is it okay to use natural products after microneedling?

I was wondering if using natural products after Microneedling is ok. Example: witch hazel, vitamin e, and aloe vera

Hi ayousif, Remember that microneedling creates microwounds and tunnels that can make your skin sensitive and  prone to infection. In fact, you might be sensitive to skincare you had used in the past. Follow your doctor's advice to a T. You must be very careful to use only serums that are specifically made to be safely used together with microneedling as these treatments enhance penetration into the skin of topically applied serums. In my office, we do our microneedling treatments using the ProCell Therapies system which contains growth factor serums made from human bone marrow stem cells. These serums are specifically made to be safely introduced into the skin.
