I’ve done a few microneedling sessions this year and I’ve done it with active acne maybe once but the acne wasn’t anything major. This time I have an appointment for next week but I have a huge blind pimple under my skin. Is it okay to still do the microneedling while I have this pimple? What would happen if I do?
