Nipple Pickering or blotched? I feel the need to try to stretch the nipple smooth, is this normal? (Photo)

Things often look very strange right after surgery and at 3 months they'll look perfect.  It's not uncommon for patients to think a pre-schooler stitched them in the early days after surgery.  This shape and puckering will soften and smooth out.  It's too early for you to get concerned about the final result.

Thank you for your pictures. This is a very newly closed incision. It will undergo changes over the next several months. It may not look right now but it should end up being fine later. 

The swelling distorts the appearance of the nipples and areolas early on, and they will go through a lot of changes in the first several weeks after surgery. At 8 days post breast surgery it is way too early to see the final result. You will have to give it several months to heal. Best of luck.

Way too early to tell but I know a lot of surgeons rely on patients not looking at things for several months before critiquing which is almost impossible.  It will improve (or should), but if it doesn't you should be open and upfront with your surgeon about your feelings.  Let things heal and give your surgeon the opportunity to make things better.

AGAIN ONLY 8 DAYS!!! Allow 3 months healing than revisit this issue. Or best to see your chosen surgeon in person... 

Nipple puckering is normal at a days after a breast lift.  With time the tissues should straighten out stretch out and become normal.
