Can I fly 24 hours after Breast Augmentation surgery under twilight anaesthetic?

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.

Thanks for the question. What does your surgeon suggest. I have many patients come to me from other areas and feel more comfortable if they stay in the area for a few days.  Honestly, you most likely will not feeling like traveling after surgery.  Speak with your surgeon and follow his or her instructions. Because of the risk of blood clots in the legs developing during flying on an airplane I recommend patient Suite 10 days before flying after breast augmentation.  However driving in a car with frequent stops to exercise her legs walk is an acceptable alternative.
