Can I wear a push up bra to create cleavage if I have textured, tear drop, "gummi bear" implants?

I have not had my surgery yet, but have already chosen teardrop shape, textured, semi solid silicone implants. Would I be able to wear a push up bra to create a look of clevage after? (not immediately post-op, but once recovred from surgery)

If you had the appropriate surgery for a hematoma and your surgeon was satisfied that there was no more bleeding.  You should be fine. Too much strenuous activity can reinstitute the bleeding. Please follow your surgeon's instructions carefully as well as keep you follow appointments.

You are still at an early stage of healing and will still have swelling. Post surgery swelling may take up to 3 months to subside completely so I would not be too concerned. You will find that things should improve over time.

I would caution against the use of such large implants. Although your photos do not show your breasts, it doesn't seem like you have enough tissue coverage. This will lead to stretch marks, thiniing out of the natural breast tissue and a high degree of rippling. You appear to be in fit form and...

Without your photos- it's impossible to assess your case. Generally speaking- implant placement can be completely under the muscle, or completely over the muscle. After surgery, you are retaining fluids/water, you are probably constipated.  These are all normal after surgery and no reason to worry.  It can take good 4-6 weeks for your weight to get back to normal.
