my expanders looked odd when naked but good with clothes on.i wanted that same fullness and size, but more natural looking. Dr put in anatomical shaped implants, but they give me no fullness in clothes at all , while .I had a total of 330cc's plus the initial cc's he gave me at the time of the mastectomy. He will swap them for high or ultra high profile round implants with 400 cc's but says I won't like them when I'm nude! Gee! What do I do?i'm 5'3 1/2" tall 124lbs

After mastectomy there is less skin. To remove more in any pattern is not wise unless it is replaced with a lat doors flap. This is a good option and adds better tissue to cover an implant.The nipple and scar will likely be improved. In experienced hands this can give an excellent long term result.
If it is MOndor's cords, then this is superficial thrombophlebitis which often improves with warm soaks and anti-inflammatories. Best to be seen by your surgeon.
In terms of immediate recovery, I would try to get 2 weeks off from a deskjob to focus on drain/incision care and give ample time to recovery. You can usually begin expansion around 2 weeks postop and it will take 4-6 weeks to fully expand you without breaks. This put you...
