39 yrs old got restyline D in my laugh lines in Feb 2019 however it created double lines on my smile lines which never went away. I can still feel the filler in my face after all these years. I’m afraid of getting hyaluronidase after reading the horror stories here. My face is also losing volume and beginning to sag. What do you recommend I do without causing problems again and possibly without fillers? Eyes are purple for privacy concerns

Answer: Double smile lines and sagging Hello, and thank you for your question. Filler will disintegrate over time, but may not fully dissolve. Hyaluronidase is a great way to dissolve, however, if you are hesitant to dissolve, there are additional procedures that can help with skin tightening/laxity. Radiofrequency microneedling is a great option to help tighten skin, help with texture, and boost collagen production. This is usually recommended in treatments to 3, with each session 4-6 weeks apart. RF microneedling can be used on the face and neck, as well as several other parts of the body. By treating the face and neck together, this can help tighten up the jawline and provide more support to help reduce skin laxity. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a provider that can offer dissolving agents, filler, and additional devices that can help with skin tightening/laxity. Hope this helps!

Answer: Inject cheeks to lift laugh lines I'm not sure what happened to cause this result or whether you still have filler present or not but this is how I would attack this. I would put fille(would choose REstylane Lyft or Radiesse)r in your mid and lateral cheeks. I think that the volume out there needs to be replaced. Replacing that volume might lift everything to where you want it and if you still have filler present might even put it to use. This before dissolving but I so think hyaluronidae every safe.Be sure to use a very experience dermatologist for plastic surgeon as a good injector is key.

As the person ages, they lose volume in the face and body, in terms of fat and muscle bulk. I restore the youthfulness in the face by means of fat grafting. Fat grafting can easily make a person look 15 or 20 years, younger, while keeping their natural appearance. When fat grafting is done by a plastic surgeon with a lot of experience in fat grafting techniques, the results are extremely natural and pretty much permanent. I believe you need to be evaluated in person in order to determine what to do with respect to those lines on your face besides fat grafting.
