The tape from my rhinoplasty is lifting in some spots - Should I be concerned?

I got a rhinoplasty on Wednesday. It was a pretty simple one with no splint, just some tape, but I've noticed the tape is lifting on some corner. I don't think it's going to completely come off or anything, but I want to make sure it won't effect the outcome. Should I be concerned?

It's very difficult for me to judge from this picture, it could perhaps be that the swelling is still present. I suggest you wait another week before following up with your doctor.
