Everything was great until a week ago. Have been avoiding sun. It flaked off and did what it was supposed to. Not sure if this is melasma poping up or pih. I didn't get a burn from ipl that I noticed. I am wishing I didn't do this. I had some broken blood vessels here super tiny. She zapped me 2x. The other side of .y face has a lighter one like this she zapped me two times over there as well. The area is so large and looks so much worse. I'm taking heliocare as well as elta md sun block
