Hi!

Botox in lower lip can certainly make you smile differently. The effect is short lasting , you should get used to your new but different smile. Are you able to chew and swallow properly? Are you have problems speaking or change in voice, or drooling. I like to be a bit conservative with Botox and add slowly after seeing patients response in lower face.

Hi!

If Botox is injected too low on the forehead it can make your eyelids feel heavy. This happens because the muscle injected in the forehead is the Frontalis, which is the only elevator on the forehead. if you got injected for brow lift the muscle injected is the depressor and cannot really cause a drop. That being said Botox effect is temporary and will only last 3-4 months.

Hello!

When looking at your after picture it loos like you have Melasma which does not improve with IPL. as a matter of fact it might worsen after IPL. you might have noticed a improvement due to some resurfacing due to IPl but the melasma does not improve. Please have your Board certified MD look at it carefully to decide the best treatment option for you.

Fractora is really good for texture issues but results do vary . We combine Fractora with PRP delivered through a device called Aquagold. You can add Microbotox in there to help with creepy skin as well. Redness from needle marks takes upto 2 weeks to go away. Please have your physician examine and make recommendations accordingly.

It is normal to experience some pain during the procedure. Usually we use  a higher strength numbing cream during fractora and reapply after 30 minutes. You can also get a dental block to help further with pain.

It is normal to get redness, puffiness, scabbing and sometimes breakouts after Fractora. Follow the post treatment protocol provided by your physician. Needle marks are also normal. Will slowly fade away.

Fractora has radiofrequency with microneedling technology combined in one. You should be able to get great results with this device. Find  a provider in your area who can accurately assess whether the er is excessive fat or just lax skin.

We can totally combine the two treatments. Lumecca addresses the hyperpigmentation and sun spots. Hyperpigmentation due to Melasma cannot be treated with Lumecca. Laser genesis is safer to use in melasma. Fractora is more of a resurfacing treatment and does not address hyperpigmentation. radiofrequency technology is kind of Color blind as compared to Lumecca which is a laser based technology with Intense pulsed light which draws the pigment to the surface.

Fractora RF microneedling has pretty amazing results in a wide range of conditions, Loose saggy skin, Chin Jowls, fine lines, Wrinkles, Scars, Texture issues. Fractora combines two in one benefits , while it does have the microneedling it also has radiofrequency energy that heats up the needles and causes more controlled injury for collagen induction. We can combine the 24 pin which is deeper with the 60 pin treatment which is more superficial for a more aggressive treatment.

An amazing experience

The first time I met Dr. Qazi I knew I would be a patient for life. She is so easy to speak to, listens to your concerns and gives expert advice. She is very kind and down to earth. Dr. Qazi is by far the most up to date and knowledgeable physician I have met thus far. I've just started treatment 3 weeks ago and I've already seen significant improvement of acne scars and dark spots on my face. I can't thank her enough.

Subtle but Excellent Improvement

Being in my sixties my skin had become a bit loose and the pores very quite enlarged. The PRP treatment(s) really improved my skin texture and made my pores almost disappear. I I have never been willing to get Botox are fillers injected into my face. However, PRP is my own blood plasma which could not be more natural I. I've have had 3 treatment over the past 2 months and the results are worth every penny spent and Dt\r. Qazi assures me that result will last about a year before I need to consider any further PRP.

Extremely Attentive and Knowledgeable

Dr. Quazi clearly cares about her patients and doing a great job. She takes the time to get to know you and figure out which procedure will meet your needs. She is very patient and if there are any anxiety, she is reassuring and never overly aggressive. She wants you to feel good about the procedure and outcomes. I am truly amazed at the time she took for me and my friend. I rarely see this in other offices. I travel about an hour to get to Dr. Quazi because of who she is and how she runs her office. She communicates with her patients following up after the procedures and answers any questions you have without any frustration. The staff are friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable right away with Dr. Quazi. Any doctor can do procedures but many of them cannot provide an environment that she can. My results are good so far considering I am in the healing stage. But I can see changes!
