Can anti-anxiety medicine Buspar (Buspirone) cause patchy hair loss?

And if I've been on it for about 2+ years will the hair come back in that area if I stop taking it? Or have the hair follicles (transplanted grafts) been permanently damaged in that area?

In general there is no way to completely reverse hair loss. You may have some hair growth but like aging you cannot reverse the process.
