I normally wait 2-3 months after lower eyelid bleph before injecting filler into the lower eyelids. You want to be certain that all the swelling has diminished to a point where it will not alter the amount of filler placed.
You should be okay to have filler or fat injection in the hollow area around the eyes. Please see an oculoplastic specialist. See the following link too.
Hi Jilda,You may have injectable filler under your eyes at any time now. Discuss with your eyelid surgeon. This is an extremely delicate and unforgiving area. Most importantly choose your injecting physician most carefully based on their skill, experience, and natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well.Dr. P
It would be nice to see your pre-op photos. Over resection of the fat of the lower eyelids can be a real problem. The last thing that you want to create is a hollowed out nursing home eyes appearance. Fillers can be a good choice to correct the problem at 4 -6 months post op.
At two months, you should be healed well enough to consider fillers. Because the skin of the eyelids is so thin, careful consideration needs to be made regarding the type and amount of filler used. Your own fat combined with PRP(platelet rich plasma) is a possibility because it is your own tissue and is well tolerated. The injectable fillers are not yet FDA approved for this area but can be used. Be sure to do your homework and find someone who has the experience and expertise to give you the result you desire. I would give it 4-6 months for all the swelling to subside and then consider fillers at that time. Best of luck.
Hyaluronic acid fillers are frequently used off-label by many physicians to help with this problem. You might check with your surgeon first. The results can last for years. Careful placement can help restore your confidence and looks for the new year. These fillers can also be tapered or smoothed with massage or dissolving enzymes to help assure a satisfactory result.Good luck.
Thank you for the question and sorry for your complication. That said fillers could be placed at any time. So check with your surgeon or other expert in the areaDr Corbin

I would probably recommend a touch of HA filler such as Restylane in the tear trough area to fill in the hallow and reduce the appearance of dark circles. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss. My best,Dr. Sheila Nazarian@drsheilanazarian on Instagram
What you are describing is something call "epicanthal folds" (extra/redundant web of skin over the inner corner of the eyelids). From your pictures, yours look fairly mild. If you are interested in hearing about surgical treatment options, I would recommend an in-person consultation with a...
