White streak on cheek where Bellafill was injected, should I be concerned?

This is difficult to answer without pictures. I recommend following up with your injector. This may be superficially placed filler. 5fu/steroid injections and venus legacy/viva treatments can help give improvement. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I don't know the time frame but if it is in the first 24 hours, I would be very concerned about vascular occlusion. It might also just be superficially placed filler. It is hard to assist you without seeing a picture or seeing you in person. 

I would agree with other comments that it is near impossible to advise you without a photograph and knowing the timing of what you describe. That type of reaction certainly is possible with any filler and is usually self limited. However, if it has not resolved you should definitely follow up with your doctor soon. 

Without a photo or knowing how long this lesion has been there, when it appeared and how long ago you Bellafill injection was, it is hard to answer your question.  Almost always, these kinds of issues after any filler injection, settle on their own in time.  If you are in doubt, I would recommend that you get back to your provider to see if they have any recommendations or thoughts on what is going on.I hope that helps.Best regards.

Good Day. Thank you for your question.White spots can occur at the site of needle or cannula injection. If the injector injects as the needle or cannula is pulled out of the skin, Bellafill can be placed into the dermal layer. This usually does not resolve on its own. A fine 1.0 or 1.5 mm dermal punch can remove the dermis containing the filler. I have not seen this subcutaneously. If the injector manages to place the filler into the dermis, it may result in a hypertrophic scar, not classically a white streak.Please consult a specialist to determine the etiology and recommended treatment.
