Both Bellafill and Juvederm would work in this area. The difference is that Bellafill is long lasting (5-10 year or more) and irreversible whereas Juvederm lasts up to a year and is easily reversible.

I really would like to see you in person to fully evaluate your concerns. In general, placing filler in the cheek area will help lift the jowls somewhat. Bellafill will give much more lift than Juvederm (Juvederm has very low G prime - a measure of lifting ability). Sometimes placement of filler in the jawline will help hide the jowls - something I have coined "reJAWvenation". In addition, radiofrequency, such as Infini or Facetite can improve the jowls. Lastly, Kybella is being used off label in the jowl area with some success.

Both Bellafill and Juvederm are dermal fillers and they both work well.  If you've never had a filler, it's not a bad idea to start with Juvederm, Restylane lyft or Vollure first as they are not permanent and reversible.  If you are happy with the Juvederm, you could have Bellafill next for more long lasting improvement.  You should also consider combining a skin tightening treatment such as Exilis, Ulthera or ThermiRF and a skin resurfacing treatment such as Venus Viva, Fraxel, Profractional or even microneedling for textural skin improvement.
