Your face will likely be tender, pinkish and slightly swollen immediately after your microneedling treatment and you may experience minor inflammation for several days after your appointment. It would be advisable to wait at least a week or until your symptoms subside before you consider threading your facial hair. While you're at your microneedling appointment, speak to your professional about when you'd like to thread your facial hair and they will be able to tell you with greater clarity when your skin will be ready.
After microneedling, the channels made by the needles are open for 4-6 hours. During that time there is more of a risk for infection and, therefore, i would avoid threading. After 6 hours, it should be ok.
I would ask the doctor who did it or the medical director there. It's likely ok to thread now but you should ask first.
