2 days after the facial I notice tiny white bumps around my nose, forehead and chin area. They seem to be multiplying by the hour. Doesn’t seem to be getting better as new areas get new outbreaks everyday. They are itchy and don’t seem to be getting better.

We usually recommend refraining from exercise for 24-48 hours after treatment for any microneedling session, no matter what depth of needle is used. After microneedling, the epidermis is temporarily compromised and you don’t want to risk anything post procedurally.
