Grinding is something that specialist have to deal with on a weekly basis. In most situations it is NOT the fault of the treating doctor, nor the device, but how your skin reacts. This is a difficult situation to deal with as we do not want to aggravate the situation, nor increase anxiety by performing aggressive lasers. My favourite laser is either the Fraxel Dual with the 1927 setting high pass, or the Clear and Brilliant Laser Permea with copper peptide infusions. Factor 3-5 sessions for a 50% improvement.
