Went to gp when I noticed colour change in mole. Was sent to dermatology week later and straight away she recommend punch biopsy. That was 3 weeks ago. I'm getting worried. Called gp and was told my results not back from pathology. What does this mean. Should I be worried.

Agree with my other colleagues, definitely no home remedies. You may end up with a bad scar and this would be disastrous on the face. Either have it removed surgically or with a laser. This will need a discussion with a specialist.
Administrative light duty immediately. Heavy physical duty 2 weeks. I would suggest applying a tape (e.g. micropore tape) over the scar for 3 months or more. This will give it some additional strength. It is important to know that most scars in the back will stretch no more how careful you are.
Best option is to have a dermatologist evaluate the pigmented lesions. Sometimes people develop seborrheic keratoses on the eyelids, and those may be treated with cryotherapy. If the lesions are nevi or moles, they can also be removed with local anesthesia. If you truly want general anesthesia,...
