It is a small brown flat mole on my bottom right lip and i absolutly hate it, people confuse it as a lip piercing and it bothers me, i really want to get rid of it on my own since i don't want to get surgery done, is there any way i can do this?

Agree with my other colleagues, definitely no home remedies. You may end up with a bad scar and this would be disastrous on the face. Either have it removed surgically or with a laser. This will need a discussion with a specialist.

Unfortunately, there is no way to remove a mole without surgery.  Sometimes we can use a laser to remove freckles (not moles), but it is too hard to tell if that can be done in your case without an in-person exam.  I would not recommend using any home remedies, as they do not work and are not always safe.  More harm than good is often done.  I recommend visiting with a board-certified dermatologist to discuss your options and to evaluate all your moles.
