I'm a 37 year-old Manhattanite tormented by glabellar lines. I've had Botox in the past. I'm wondering if there's a surgical procedure that would be more cost-effective over time.

Answer: There is an RF treatment that can last for one year and it could be more cost effective.
A formal exam of your facial muscles with different facial expressions is necessary to say with certainty what is going on in your case... But, it appears that the botox treatment led to hypertrophy (or strengthening and growth) of the corrugator muscle (scowl muscle) on your Right side....
It is very likely that your filler is encapsulated and mostly replaced with scar. One could consider injection of corticosteroid (Kenalog) to diminish the scar but surgical removal may be a more predictable solution. This "lump" can be remove/shaped through hairline incision in local or twi...
ALWAYS do the major procedure first and then you can put the brows (or nipples if it was breast reconstruction) on where you want them AFTER you have fully healed.
