I plan on asking my PS but wanted a couple other opinions in the meantime! I am a huge diet soda drinker (I work 3rd shift) and I have read on message boards that you shouldn't drink diet soda. My PS said the caffeine was fine but all the things I am reading says it makes the swelling worse......thank you!

Bleeding in the belly button three years after tummy tuck may indicate a contaminated suture which has formed a suture abscess. Unlike a dissolving suture, the permanent suture will hold bacteria and inflammation and will need attention from your doctor.

I have had several patients in their 60's that have had a tummy tuck and have done very well. Most importantly is the health of the patient prior to surgery. You seem to be a good candidate, however you need to be evaluated by your surgeon to be sure it would be safe for you. The website link...
I would strongly advise you against exercise 4 weeks after a tummy tuck. If you had muscle tightening performed, you are risking that you may tear the repair. You've spent a lot of money, don't endanger it by being impatient.
