While it depends on your individual comfort level, there is no waiting period between surgery and your return to stilletos. The sooner you can go back to the things that make you feel like yourself again the quicker you'll feel like the journey was worth it! Talk to your surgeon of course for any specific instructions pertaining to your case but in my experience the better you feel about the way you look post operatively the sooner you can move forward with your new look. As soon as you are comfortable walking upright, you can start wearing heals. This will not alter your recovery. It may be slightly more uncomfortable, as now your tummy and feet will be sore at the end of the day, not just your feet :)) I wish you a safe and happy recovery.
It's okay to wear high heels as soon as you are comfortable walking in them after surgery. This will not happen in the first week! In the beginning plan to wear flat, comfortable shoes that will make walking as easy as possible.
