I got texture implants and I am 24 days post op! I was wondering if it's normal for my breasts to swell while I am sleeping ? When I wake up in the morning I feel sore and swollen. Once I am up moving around I seem to be alright. Also since they r textured I was told not to massage them. Should I be doing something else to soften them up?

Answer: Leave them alone...no massage is needed and swelling in the morning is normal
Abdominal swelling is normal after breast augmentation. Because of gravity, a lot of the swelling from the breast moves downward. Also, pain medications can make people constipated which can cause abdominal bloating. This will resolve itself in no time. Hope this help! Dean Vistnes.
The reality is that it would depend on the technique your plastic surgeon is required to do after treating your asymmetry and that will depend on how much difference there is between the two breast after you have stopped lactating. Most techniques do preserve the ability to continue breast...
