Bad Botox changed my face shape? (Photo)

My face has gone from heart to oblong. The only change was a new Botox injector. I could tell he injected too superficially & my smile also changed (hard to smile wide). It’s been 6mths now. Is my face oblong because my jaw muscle has grown back or because of his bad injection? How do I get it back to heart? It still looks slim everywhere & im worried more Botox will make it look even more oblong

Thank you for your question and I appreciate your concern. When Botox is injected into the masseter muscle, it relaxes the muscle to relieve the symptoms of TMJ. As the muscle becomes less active, it also reduces in size. This can result in a narrowing of the face along the jawline....
