Tips to improve face/side profile - would Botox have any effect on me?

I am highly considering masseter botox. Would this have any effect on me? Also, which surgeons would do this in NYC? A plastic surgeon or any clinic with botox will suffice? Any other general suggestions?

For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. An in-person examination would of course be the most efficient way to assess your needs and create an appropriate treatment plan. However, from the profile photos provided, there appears to be some volume deficit in the chin. The use of a robust volumizing filler in such cases to augment the chin can therefore serve not only serve to augment the chin (and create greater harmony between the projections off the nose, chin and lips), but to secondarily help tighten and define the jawline. Botox should only be used if the masseter muscle is actually hypertrophied. As to which physician to consult. Well over 90% of all nonsurgical rejuvenation procedures, such as Botox and fillers, were developed and innovated by cosmetic dermatologists and later taught by them to other specialties, such as facial and general plastic surgeons, ophthalmic plastic surgeons and others. When Botox is injected into the masseter muscles it helps to temporarily slim the appearance of the jawline.  This gives a more angular appearance, versus square, to the lower face. Masseter muscle is located in the cheek and jaw area. Typically administered to patients with severe TMD or bruxism as it helps in relieving symptoms. Masseter botox can contour your jawline and balance the overall facial shape. However, would recommend an in-person examination to determine the treatment that you should undergo.
