Your surgeon who has examined you will be the best one to tell what will work. If you have some residual fat, liposuction can be repeated. You may have some internal fullness that could be improved with tightening the abdominal muscles.

As long as it's been at least 6 months since your first liposuction appointment, a follow-up should be fine. It's not unusual for a surgeon to suggest this. However, a significant amount of loose skin might be better addressed by a different approach to body contouring, such as a tummy tuck.
