If you developed an infection after a non-surgical nose job treatment and are experiencing redness, swelling, and pain, this should improve with antibiotics. If you have a simple skin infection, this should resolve over the next 7 to 10 days. If you developed an indolent infection often associated with HA, called a biofilm, that may take several weeks of antibiotics. Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. It appears that you may have suffered an accidental vascular injection leading to some diminished blood flow and blistering of your tissues. Depending on the timing since injection I would recommend aspirin, warm compresses, reversal of the filler, and antibiotics. The swelling will persist for a couple of weeks if any infection, and the filler, is dealt with quickly. Best wishes on a speedy recovery.
I’m not sure when this procedure was done. However you may be experiencing vascular compromise which can cause swelling, dusky skin, and blisters to form. You may need Wydase injected immediately to dissolve the filler and allow blood flow to return. Additionally aspirin and warm compresses can help
