In our practice, we specialize in permanent non-surgical nose job treatments utilizing microdroplet Silikon-1000, a permanent soft tissue filler. We have had excellent success filling in deep superhaler creases after previous rhinoplasty surgery. Additionally, we have also had lovely success in improving upon nostril asymmetry after rhinoplasty surgery. I hope this helps, and thank you for this question! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hi,Great question, let me see if I can help clarify!Liquid nose job helps a lot, however my suggestion is to avoid the potential of an odd looking nose. We always need to keep some of the alar creases. Best of luck with your cosmetic procedure!
Lovely,With a history of two prior rhinoplasties your nose has more fibrotic attachments than a nose that did not have surgery. Without knowing the extent of your surgeries, it would be hard for any physician to comment on the risk involved. However, it is safe to say that fibrosis often has a more tenuous blood supply than healthy native tissue. Also, fibrosis makes placement of filler more difficult since the attachments prevent flow of the material in a reliable way. I would consult with an experienced rhinosurgeon for further evaluation and discussion of all your treatment options.Best of luck!Dr. Doshi
This is a great question. After two rhinoplasties and satisfactory results, I recommend finding an expert injector, MD, who will correct your nasal alae and other minor defects with a hyaluronic acid filler that can be dissolved if necessary. The risk of further surgery outweighs this minor correction. All the best to you. Alexis Parker MD

If you have a lump at the top of your nose on the bridge, I'm suspicious that it may be bone or cartilage, not scar tissue. The place where scar tissue can be most prominent and bothersome after rhinoplasty surgery, is in the tip and super tip areas. For a more definitive answer, please consider...
The good news and the bad news ofnon-surgical rhinoplasty is that it is temporary. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is done by injecting fillers that are temporary. Once the effect of the fillers wear off between six and nine months and maybe even up to 12 months, your nose will look as you did be...
Injectable filler will become completely immobilized within 2 weeks of your treatment. Other than limiting the use of eyeglasses so they should not touch the part of the nose that was injected, you should have no other restrictions. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Minor defects of the bridge (dorsum), central nose and tip of the nose can be very precisely and quickly corrected with fillers. Improved definition of the tip, and straightening of the dorsum may be achieved. This may also result in straighter, thinner appearing nose. Reduction of a pr...
Gel fillers like HA maybe associated with vascular occlusion, thrombosis, necrosis, embolism, stroke, blindness, and biofilm. The many reasons why we advocate microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections for permanent non-surgical nose job treatments since a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than a red...
