Your left cheek is not as full as your right cheek. It looks like your loss is at the level of your mid-oclussal plane or lower down in your cheeks. Have you had any trauma ever to that area? Is you jaw structure the same on both sides?  Simple treatment would be the use of a filler called Voluma once a proper diagnosis has been made.
