I have these unusual inverted/reverse dimples on my cheeks. What treatment would you recommend? (photos)

I have these disgusting looking things on the side of my cheek. I don't know what they are and that is a problem. They are like reverse dimples. maybe fat deposits. The thing is I'm not fat or overweight. I am 16, 120 pounds, and 5''6. I have had these for a couple years. My face also is unusually chubbier than others, along with the weird lumps. PLEASE HELP. Any suggestion as to what these are and how to get rid of them I would so greatly appreciate. I am so so so so insecure about them. :(
