Will revlite or picosure clear dermal pigmentation in asian skin?

I have dermal pigmentation due to chemical peels. I have been using topical agents like Iklen and Skinoren for a few month now and considering Revlite or picosure now. which would be the best choice? Thanks for your answer in advance.

Your tan skin shouldn't be a problem with the PicoSure. In general, it will take between 4-6 sessions to completely remove your tattoo. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram

Laser tattoo removal with PicoSure only works on the surface of the skin. It doesn't penetrate the skin like radiation. So, there is no chance of blood clots or skin cancer. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram

Yes, you can still get your treatment but since certain medications will make your skin more sensitive to light, I would advise you to wait until you are done with your medication. This isn't an emergency so why risk it, right? My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram

The PicoSure is the best laser available for tattoo removal. However, every case is unique. It's going to depend on the depth of the ink and the type of ink used. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist to discuss. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian...

I have never had a patient in my NYC practice that hasn't had considerable lightening of black tattoos after three treatments with the PicoSure laser. We continue treating the tattoo for significant reduction in tattoo pigmentation.
